Finola believes that most consistent component of health is moderation and variety. In addition, it is key that health combines both mind and body. She finds the link between mental and physical health fascinating and this has led her to study it further and incorporate it more into her clinical work. She believes the best form of physiotherapy is a holistic approach and where you work together to achieve your goals.
